We are all just now recovering from the amazing party that was Midnight Brunch #1.
Over the next couple weeks, we’ll return to our normal programming here with a conclusion of our Russian Fooding exploration to Brighton Beach, but we’ll also be mixing it up with a few posts on the food and cocktails served up at the event over the weekend.
We have exclusive interviews with The Bitter Truth, Bols Genever and Rhum JM (and a few other event sponsors) and a behind-the-scenes look at how the custom cocktails were created. We’ll also share recipes for how to throw a West Indian-themed dinner party at home, including select recipes from Saturday night’s menu. (But not for the jerk fried chicken – you had to be there for that!)
In the meantime, here are some of the photos taken by our talented and gracious photographer, Leo Borovskiy of Lush Life Productions.
